The Great Niagara Falls Adventure II

Today is our second day at the Niagara Falls Park. We woke up early in the morning and ate breakfast at the hotel's restaurant because they are serving a buffet. After eating, we went back to our room to get ready for that day's adventure. Since, we are done with the White Water Walk and Journey behind the Falls the other day, we were planning on riding aboard the historical and world-famous Maid of the Mist and stand on a massive platform of Niagara's Fury. We rode on the WEGO Bus from our hotel up to the Niagara Park Botanical Gardens because we heard from one of the guests of the hotel that the place was amazing and so, we wanted to see the Botanical Gardens first before the Niagara Falls Adventure. After ten minutes we arrive at the location and got astounded by how they were able to create such a beautiful landscape of flowers and plants. We also went to the part where they are growing herbs and saw the wonderful outdoor green walls. At first sight I thought that the walls were artificial green walls but up close they were real vines.

We took a lot of pictures and went back to the Falls where the real action is happening. Then we stand in line to wait for our turn to ride on the Maid of Mist. It's a half hour cruise from the Canadian docks past the base of American Falls, then into the basin of the magnificent Canadian Horseshoe Falls. Then we proceed to Niagara's Fury, my son really enjoyed the Niagara's Fury compared to other attractions because they are using a 4D Universal Studios Style attraction. There's an eight minute animated pre-show where charming woodland characters explain how the Ice Aged formed Niagara Falls. Since it was cold inside the Niagara's Fury my husband and I decided to drink something hot. So we went for a cup of coffee at Tim Hortons but my son insisted on eating at Cold Stone Creamery. So we just ordered a to-go coffee and went straight to cold creamery to satisfy the wants of our son. we waited there so that we could watch the Fireworks Display.

Everything that we have experienced on that two days was really memorable and and I wish that it's not gonna be a once in a lifetime experience because I hope that we could go back there and try other stuff that we have missed out. We always Thank God for giving us the opportunity to travel and to enjoy life with the people who matters the most to us, Our Family.
