Finding the Right Wall Decor

One of the most difficult part in designing your own home is choosing the right decoration that would complement every other stuff at home. Even the color of your home and the furniture should go together, every small detail should not be taken for granted because all of them matters and supplement each other. Some home owners who have the extra money for paying an interior designer would even hire one just to make sure that their home would be perfect. But for those who can't afford to hire an expert would just follow their instincts or the advice of their friends or the blogs on the internet could also be very influential. We can find everything that we need on the internet nowadays, information, foods, furniture, plants, collectibles and all other goods.

Being a homeowner as well, I do sometimes get my ideas from a friend who recommends adding new paint or decoration or adding new wall decoration but most of the time I would just read over the internet for tips and tricks. I saw a recent post about the lush indoor artificial living wall, they make an extravagant green statement especially when fully customized to fit your own home design. Artificial living wall system makes a smart alternative to living plants, since you would not worry about the costly maintenance that you will go through compared to the natural ones. this kind of design is very good for contemporary spaces, combining long and short grasses, luscious ground covers and ivy are a fresh presence to enhance interior decor.

I always find these great plants online, may it be natural or artificial, shopping online is much easier and saves you the stress of walking around whole day looking for the right things that you may need.

Fun At The Park

Strolling at the park is one of my favorite bonding time with my son. We would walk from home going to the park and mostly spend the rest of the afternoon at the children's playground area. It was not really an everyday routine because he sometimes sleeps in the afternoon and wakes up when it's almost sunset, so we go there if we do have like 2 to 3 hours to spend. It was the same park where I used to play with my cousins when I was a kid around 5 or 6 years old. Everything seemed so big way back then, but now these playground facilities had shrink or maybe because I got bigger and older. Looking back, I could still remember how we used to laugh at each other and cry if we fell on the ground.

But the park today is far way better compared to our time, especially the children's playground. They have added decorations like hanging baskets with artificial plants on every post and lighting fixtures everywhere, as well as new playground equipments which is much safer and the materials that were chosen are far way expensive and lasts longer compared to our time. That is the reason why even at my age I still love to play around and sometimes do crazy stuff at the park with my little boy. It such a stress reliever seeing a lot of kids running around and laughing, it feels like you also want to be a kid, knowing that kids don't carry any burdens and problems around their shoulders. They are innocent and carefree, I think every adult I know wants to go back to being little and stubborn again.

If only we could turn back time, but in life there is no rewind button, nor a play and forward because I believe that everything happens for a reason what we could do is just to be thankful for every waking moment of our life. And also try not to commit the same mistakes that you did in the past to be a better person in the future. Always remember to be a good example not only to your kids but to every young ones that we meet for them to grow up to be better people and for them to have a better future.

The Beauty of Artificial Plantscapes

Artificial plants make a good interior plant scape because of the fact that they do not wither and die and can withstand any conditions inside your house or office space. Unlike the real plants, these life like plants do not need tedious maintenance for them to grow and bloom beautifully. Nowadays, there are actually various types of plantscape that you could use for your projects, if you are a landscaper or just a simple gardener like me. I got all of my stuff and materials from Artificial Plants Unlimited, their customer service is fast and has become one of the top favorite of commercial designers, architects and project planners of all types due to the range of options they offer for planter and artificial plant combination.

One of the plant scape that I recently bought is the Miro Sphere Fiberglass Planter with various artificial plants. You could check for page online for further reference or you could actually call their toll free number to talk to their friendly Project Managers. The combination of either miro sphere with artificial pothos bush or the faux boston fern can definitely change the look of a commercial space like parks, offices, shops and stores, or even your home. The Miro Sphere Fiberglass Planter is round in shape making it striking in and of itself, it also has a sleek sophisticated statement which actually makes a natural home fro cascading vines, springing shrubs or tall trees.

For all your garden and interior plantscape needs you can definitely trust Artificial Plant Unlimited. They got everything you need plus an option to customize the planters or the artificial plants of your choice. Some of their products can also be shipped directly to their customers doorstep depending on their choice. That is the main reason why I just love them and all of their products.

More Reasons to Eat Fruit

Eating fruit provides many health benefits, especially to those people who eat more fruits and vegetables as part of an overall healthy diet are likely to have a reduced risk of some chronic diseases. As we all know, fruits provide nutrients vital for health and maintenance of our body. Fruits are sources of many essential nutrients that are under consumed, including potassium, dietary fiber, vitamin C and folic acid. Diets rich in potassium may help to maintain healthy blood pressure. Fruit sources of potassium include bananas, prunes and prune juice, dried peaches and apricots, cantaloupe, honeydew melon, and orange juice.

Dietary fiber from fruits helps reduce blood cholesterol levels and may lower the risk of heart diseases. Fiber is also important for proper bowel function. It helps reduced constipation and diverticulosis (a condition that develops when pouches form in the wall of the colon or the large intestine). Fiber containing foods such as fruits helps provide a feeling of fullness with fewer calories. Whole or cut-up fruits are sources of dietary fiber; fruit juices contain little or no fiber at all. On the other hand, Vitamin C is also important for growth and repair of all body tissues, helps heal cuts and wounds a lot faster, and keeps teeth and gums healthy. While, Folate helps the tissues in our body grow and for cells to work or function properly. Taking the right amount of folic acid before and during pregnancy helps prevent certain birth defects. Folate also helps prevent anemia.

Those are the healthy benefits of eating the right foods in their right amount too. That is also the reason why fruits in our dining table at home is always present because our body needs these essential nutrients. Compared to artificial fruits that others are using for display, although it has it's advantages but also one of the disadvantages is that, artificial fruits are not consumable and are only good for displays or it is for our eyes only.
